Dunes
Originally The Hague was a city built on the dunes, which is why, just outside the city, one can enjoy the most wonderful scenery. The dunes are well worth a visit.
It is the largest interconnected dune area in South Holland. The beautiful nature reserve extends between Scheveningen, The Hague and Wassenaar, and consists primarily of open dune landscape, lakes, forests and kilometres of long sandy beaches.
